JaiDeeClear installs premium window film for villas, condos, offices, and yachts across Thailand. We're growing fast — and we need a salesperson to drive new business.

The Job

What You'll Doหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Sales outreach to property developers and other commercial clients ติดต่อหาลูกค้ากลุ่มนักพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์และลูกค้าองค์กรอื่น ๆ
Chase and qualify inbound leads from Meta ads ติดตามและคัดกรองลูกค้าที่เข้ามาจากโฆษณา Meta
Send quotes, follow up, and close deals ส่งใบเสนอราคา ติดตามผล และปิดการขาย
Book on-site measurements for the install team นัดหมายการวัดพื้นที่หน้างานให้ทีมติดตั้ง
Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM (light admin — quotes & follow-up) ดูแลข้อมูลการขายใน CRM ให้เป็นระเบียบ (งานเอกสารเล็กน้อย — ใบเสนอราคาและการติดตาม)

Requirements

You're a Fit If You Haveคุณเหมาะกับงานนี้ ถ้าคุณมี

1–3 years in sales, telesales, or B2B outreach ประสบการณ์ 1–3 ปี ด้านการขาย เทเลเซลส์ หรือการขายแบบ B2B
Fluent Thai and English — you'll pitch expat villa owners and Thai developers alike สื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้คล่อง — เพราะต้องนำเสนอทั้งลูกค้าต่างชาติและนักพัฒนาชาวไทย
Self-driven and motivated to hit targets มีความมุ่งมั่น ขับเคลื่อนตัวเองได้ และมุ่งสู่เป้าหมาย
Based in Bangkok or Phuket อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ หรือ ภูเก็ต
